Transform Homes surpassed all our expectations: Our major renovation that was really a rebuild was completed just over a year ago. Transform homes recently completed a substantial renovation for me and I couldn't be more delighted with the results. They were one of five building contractors I interviewed, and i selected them as they were the most professional in their response and instilled a sense of trust. I knew I would be comfortable in leaving my home in their hands. They were always respectful of my space, turned up on time, cleaned up after themselves, delivered milestones as promised and always consulted with me if there was an issue or something unexpected turned up. They kept a daily diary which I found invaluable in tracking progress on the build and always offered alternatives if changes were required. We found the guys at Transform Homes terrific to deal with, from the design process through to completion of our renovation. Greg and Clive provided us with practical ideas and solutions (including some really unique ones) – Transform Homes would be more innovative than most, if not all, builders out there. The level of granularity that came through in the cost estimate (and the variations that we requested) provided us with a lot of comfort that the project would be managed to a particular budget and there were no surprises. Greg, Clive and the team are excellent project managers and did a great job coordinating others who were involved in various elements of our project. The quality of the build is apparent and the guys do not cut corners (the engineer in our family can attest to this). We could not be happier with the outcome of our renovation.

We have been in our new home for just over a year and now and are so pleased with it. It is a completely new double storey house in Blackburn and Greg and his team at Transform Homes did an absolutely great job.

So many people have commented on the quality of his workmanship. During the build we had a few issues with Council and Greg was really effective at resolving those, and he also provided really good advice on some of the aesthetics of the house and various touches/details to really bring out the wow factor.

The build was done on time and because his quote was very detailed in what was included in the build and what wasn't, there were no surprises and we came in under budget. For the few minor things that needed to be rectified since we moved in, Greg was very prompt in coming back so after sales service was just as good as it was during the work.

I know of many people who have had a difficult time with their builder but my experience with Transform was just the opposite and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I tend to be pretty pedantic (and I am a professional engineer, so have seen a lot of construction work) but I couldn't fault Transform. And to top it off Greg and his team are really friendly, and patient, and customer service is second to none.

We engaged Transform Homes to undertake our renovation in early 2020 upon recommendations by a previous client. From the start, through the process of quotation right until handover, Greg and his team displayed nothing but professionalism. We could not be happier with the result and the process. The close relationships that Greg has built with various tradespeople are quite evident and reflected in the high level of craftsmanship that was delivered in our finished product. The pandemic hit right at the early stages of our project, we were so lucky to have Greg and his team there guiding us through the turbulence and uncertainties that lockdowns and everchanging regulations and lead times presented. No problem that the project presented was too difficult for Greg to manage. A calm and steady hand was exactly what we needed. We have no hesitation recommending Greg and Transform Homes. Based on this initial experience we have subsequently engaged Greg to work on another project for us which is due for completion very soon.

When we first met Clive we had only a set of concept drawings and a lot of ideas. Clive worked with us over many months with refining what we were looking to build and then sourced a draftsperson to develop final drawings. Clive was patient with our many changes of mind and very helpful in discussions. The build started right on time and the professionalism of the team (shout out to Oliver, our site manager) was obvious throughout. The contractors were managed efficiently with hardly any days without someone on site working and the build was completed months before our contracted finish date. The quality of the work at every stage- framing through to finish- was exceptional and the worksite (which was our family home) was kept clean and organised. We were kept up to date at every stage with regular meetings and every questions we had for Clive or Oliver was responded to quickly. We are very happy back in our home and very glad to have had Clive and Transform Homes recommended to us. Working with Transform Homes, specifically Greg, one of the directors, and Matthew Reid, the Project Manager, has been an absolute pleasure from start to finish.
