Our key tradespeople are employed directly, not subcontracted. That means the people on your site are known quantities — trained to our standards, accountable to us and committed to delivering consistent quality on every build.

Based in Thomastown, we're close to Melbourne's north and ready to move when your project needs us. Our base is where the team prepares, equips and comes together before work begins.

Everyone on site works to the same standards and the same approach. That consistency isn't accidental — it's the result of a team that trains together, works together and understands what good looks like before they set foot on your site.
Greg and his team did an absolutely great job — the build was done on time, we came in under budget, and so many people have commented on the quality of the workmanship. I tend to be pretty pedantic and I'm a professional engineer, so I've seen a lot of construction work, but I couldn't fault Transform.
