This project takes full advantage of a fantastic rural location, and included a major strip out and complete renovation of the existing home in addition to a major extension including garage.  The design included clerestory windows, Blackbutt and Ironbark feature ceilings and walls, spotted gum flooring and a major feature being the use of reclaimed railways bridge sleepers for the alfresco supports. Many Australian made products were used including Robert Gordon basins and Faucet Strommen tapware. Other features of the build were underfloor heating to the ensuite and a Timber lined alfresco ceiling.
