Clive is co-owner of Transform Homes, and with over 20 years of building industry experience, his passion lies in building strong relationships with clients, collaborating with them to understand their vision for their homes. His diverse roles cover quoting for new builds, sales and marketing, overseeing on-site delivery, OH&S, staffing, supplier and sub-contractor relationships, and financial management.

Greg has been in the building industry for over 20 years. As co-owner of Transform Homes, Greg works with clients from the very beginning, from selections and contract signing, to working with them throughout their build. Greg oversees the safe operation of the business, ensuring quality homes are delivered and sustained. By establishing positive relationships with staff, contractors and clients, Greg ensures he honours the trust of clients to protect their valuable investment.

Jacquie Bell, our Office Manager, has a passion for building beautiful homes. Having been with Transform Homes since 2018, Jacquie has successfully progressed through the business holding various roles including administration, research, marketing and OH&S. She enjoys collaborating with the team to bring an abundance of knowledge and integrity to our clients' building journey and loves seeing their dreams come to fruition.

Matt has been in the building industry for 18 years, starting as an apprentice carpenter in 2004. He has been working for Transform Homes for the past 17 months as Site Supervisor, scheduling trades to ensure projects run smoothly and on budget. Matt ensures builds are completed within allocated time frames, and undertakes comprehensive site inductions to ensure subcontractors operate within OH&S standards.

Mathew has been in the building industry since 2000 and joined Transform Homes in 2020. His main role is Project Scheduling and he also assists with site management. Mathew loves the challenge and opportunity to work with clients to create their own unique spaces to enjoy with their families. He gets great satisfaction from building new houses and renovating established homes.

Oliver has been involved in the building industry for over 20 years and has been working for Transform Homes since 2021. He is one of Transform Homes’ Project Managers and also a Site Supervisor. Oliver appreciates both the building and renovating processes, as well as helping clients realise and watch their dreams turn into reality. Oliver has a wonderful partner and two teenage sons, and a passion for cars. He also loves a perfectly cooked steak.
