How We Work
Your new home is a straightforward and rewarding experience when you choose Transform Homes. We want to give you all the information on what is involved in the process of designing and planning your new house so that you know exactly what is going to happen during each step from pre-construction to completion.

Site Visit
Every project begins with a design brief by our team. During the initial site visit, we review your current home and land, and document everything you do and don’t want in your home.

Documentation
A preliminary agreement allows us to order all relevant documentation regarding your property and begin the concept design. This information is then collated to provide you with a project estimate. Once this estimate is accepted, we move forward to finalising your plans. Once you have accepted the plans and estimate, Transform Homes will then finalise all relevant documentation to provide you with a fixed-price contract.

Selections
It is now time to attend to your selections appointments to choose items and personalise finishes that reflect your vision.

Building contract
Transform Homes will provide you with a draft of your building contract for you to review before your appointment. At your building contract appointment, we will go through your fixed-price contract together in detail.

Construction
We are now ready to build your project. We will establish your personalised access to our project management app so you can see your build schedule and site photos. The app will also house all communication between us. Additionally, your site will be set up and we will host an induction so you can meet your Transform Homes team.

Handover
Prior to handover, we will complete a walkthrough together with you and compile a list of anything that needs to be completed. On handover day, we do another walkthrough and provide a rundown of how the items in your home operate. You will receive a compendium containing all of the house manuals along with keys, remote controls and any other essential working items.
